🏆 BECBC MICRO BUSINESS OF THE YEAR FINALISTS – AGAIN!
This is an amazing achievement for us at Austwick Media.
We were incredibly proud to be finalists for the BECBC Micro Business of the Year Award last year, so to be shortlisted again this year means a huge amount to us.
A lot has changed in 12 months.
When we moved to Carlisle in 2022, we were effectively starting again. We were building a business in a new area where we knew very few people, had very few connections and had to establish Austwick Media from the ground up.
It wasn’t easy. There have been challenges, long days and plenty of lessons along the way, but we kept moving forward.
Today, Austwick Media has grown into a Carlisle-based commercial photography, video production, drone filming, content creation and social media management company, working with businesses and organisations across Cumbria, the Lake District and beyond.
But one of the things we’re most proud of isn’t simply how the business has grown. It’s the relationships we’ve built along the way.
We’ve had the opportunity to work with some fantastic Cumbrian businesses, become part of a brilliant local business community and support local charities, including BECBC’s Charity of the Year, Always Another Way.
Being recognised by BECBC for a second year running makes us incredibly proud of just how far Austwick Media has come.
📸 We’re sharing some of the photographs we captured at last year’s BECBC Awards alongside this post. Last year we were behind the camera as well as being finalists. This year, we’re delighted to be going back as finalists once again.
A massive thank you to everyone who has supported us, worked with us, recommended us or simply followed our journey.
And, of course, the very best of luck to all of this year’s finalists. Being shortlisted alongside so many brilliant Cumbrian businesses is an achievement in itself.
Here’s to another fantastic BECBC Awards night.
