They have totted up have raised over £12,500 plus gift aid, which, is just phenomenal.
Why are these establishments so dear to many? They serve as sanctuaries of comfort and care for those facing life's most challenging moments. It's likely that within our community, many individuals have a direct or indirect connection to these hospices. Whether it's a family member, a dear friend, or even a neighbour, the ripple effect of these institutions is far-reaching.
I share a personal bond with the hospice world. Despite his tender age and possibly unaware of the complexities of his condition, my son finds joy in his hospice visits. Like many others, his happiness and comfort are a testament to the pivotal role these hospices play.
